At WrestleMania Backlash The Miz was defeated by Damien Priest in one of the strangest matches in WWE history.
The match saw a ring surrounded by zombies as lumberjacks with Priest picking up the win and Miz being devoured after it was over.
Despite the odds circumstances of the match it appears The Miz injured himself and now it looks like he may be out of action for months.
We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that Miz reportedly suffered an ACL injury which could land him out of action for about 6-9 months or maybe even longer. Depending on the severity of the injury, it could take some time at 40 years old.
Miz is scheduled to undergo medical testing this week to find out the status of things.
The A-Lister has yet to suffer an injury in his long tenured career with WWE, so this is definitely a tough situation.
