Moose had a huge match this past weekend at Against All Odds against Kenny Omega for the Impact Wrestling World Championship.
His contract is set to expire this month and there was some thought that he could head elsewhere such as WWE or AEW. However, that won’t be happening.
We previously reported that he was close to signing a deal with Impact Wrestling or had already signed one.
According to Fightful Select, Moose signed a new two-year deal with Impact Wrestling. It will keep him with the company until 2023 and is said to be worth a lot more than his previous one.
It was also noted that he is set to be part of a significant Impact storyline going forward. After the finish of the match between Moose and Kenny Omega at Against All Odds it’s likely we’ll see another match between the two soon, possibly at Slammiversary. That match could also include Sami Callihan.
