Jimmy Uso is unfortunately in trouble with the law once again for a DUI after getting hit with the same charge in 2019.
Police pulled Uso (who’s real name is Jonathan Fatu) over at 10:35 PM on Monday in Pensacola, Florida after cops say that he ran a red light. He was also going 50 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.
According to Police he was driving with a blood alcohol level of .205 when he was picked up.
He reeked of booze when cops pulled him over and they asked him to step out of the Dodge Charger he was operating at the time. He was also swerving on the road as he drove. Uso admitted to having multiple beers prior to driving his car.
After Jimmy Uso failed his field sobriety tests, the Police arrested him. He was well over the legal limit to be considered intoxicated. Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge and his bail amount is set for $500. He was released Tuesday morning.
He was arrested for the same thing back in 2019, but was able to fight those charges and win.
Jimmy Uso is currently in a huge storyline with Roman Reigns on SmackDown after recently returning.
We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that WWE management is extremely upset about the situation and some backstage are beyond disappointed or “extremely p***** off.” The feeling is reportedly that things happen, but this many times is a horrible pattern and not just a mistake.
We’ll have to see how this affects SmackDown going forward, but it’s clear Jimmy Uso needs help. Hopefully WWE can make sure he gets it and this is the last time we see him in a situation like this.
