Bray Wyatt Shockingly Released From WWE, Details On The Situation


Bray Wyatt is one of the most popular, captivating and interesting superstars in WWE. He’s done a lot from leading the Wyatt Family, to capturing the WWE Championship, to reinventing himself as The Fiend. However, Wyatt’s time with the company is now over after a shocking release today.

Wyatt hasn’t been seen since the RAW on WrestleMania where he discussed wanting a fresh start. He had been with the WWE since 2009. The company took to social media today to announce the news.

We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that Wyatt was told by John Laurinatis that he was released due to budget cuts, which have been ongoing. However, he was also said to be frustrated with creative after several ideas about his return to TV that never worked out.

Bray Wyatt was most recently listed internally as returning sometime in August, likely to build a program towards SummerSlam, but that won’t be happening now.
