Hit Row has been one of WWE NXT’s most popular groups since hitting the scene about a year ago. The group of leader Isiah Swerve Scott, Top Dolla, Ashante The Adonis and B-Fab has been a formidable pairing to say the least.

They were most recently in the middle of a feud with Legado Del Fantasma before being traded to SmackDown during the WWE Draft. The company is now teasing their debut to the blue brand, but there will reportedly be a big change to the group before they appear on the show.

According to PWInsider Isiah Swerve Scott will no longer be the leader of Hit Row instead giving up that title to Top Dolla. Top Dolla is expected to be the singles star while Scott and Adonis will be working as a tag team going forward.

It’s certainly an interesting move by the company however with Top Dolla’s size, athleticism and mic skills it is certainly understandable that they would want him to lead Hit Row. After all he has all the making of a guy who could be a big star for the company.

We’ll have to see how things play out on WWE TV when Hit Row debut’s on SmackDown, but we shouldn’t have to wait long to find out.
