Brock Lesnar hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since he was defeated by Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36 for the WWE Championship.
Brock Lesnar’s contract officially expired last June, but the company has been discussing bringing him back for awhile internally. The word was that both Lesnar and WWE did not want to do that until live crowds returned, but that it was only a matter of time until he was back in the ring on RAW or SmackDown.
The company will be back on the road in July which means, you guessed it a Brock Lesnar return looks to be right around the corner.
Lesnar was recently added back to the RAW roster on the official WWE website and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has been very vocal lately about wanting a match with “The Beast” raising lots of speculation that he could be back very soon.
We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that Lesnar could possibly return as soon as Hell In A Cell tonight or shortly after. In fact the thought is said to be “the sooner the better” as they would love to have him wrestle at SummerSlam which is being considered an “all hands on deck” situation.
It wouldn’t be too shocking to see Lesnar show up at Hell In A Cell to confront Lashley at some point or even possibly tomorrow night on RAW.
John Cena is also expected to return fresh off of his latest Hollywood run for a match against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. There’s no doubt that the biggest party of the summer is going to be a huge event this year as fans return.
