Big E has been carving his own path in WWE since being separated from his New Day brethren Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
Since last year, Big E has been SmackDown now with Kingston and Woods on RAW. The group never officially disbanded, but rather said their goodbyes for the time being.
Big E has been a big focal point on SmackDown since then and even had a nice run recently as Intercontinental Champion.
Now it seems he could be on his way back to RAW soon. We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that there are currently plans to move him there soon from SmackDown. This will likely happen at the WWE Draft this September. The company sees it as a way to unofficially re-unite The New Day on the same brand while freshening things up.
Vince McMahon is a big fan of the powerful and charismatic superstar so you can expect a lot of opportunities for him going forward. Fans have wanted to see him become World Champion for some time now and that could very well happen on RAW as he continues his singles career.
