AEW Said To Be Paying Lower Level Stars More Than NXT Superstars

Recently some more light was shed on AEW contracts and deals. When it comes to the company there are a few different levels for talent. Those that work AEW Dark are signed to “per date”deals, and those that appear weekly on AEW TV, and have been announced as part of the official roster are naturally given better deals and guarantees. Although she just started with the company Jade Cargill is already said to be at that level. However, something interesting to note is that even lower level “newcomers” are already making more money than NXT stars, but less than the main roster.

AEW has only been around for a little over a year now, and it’s doing big things. Between the pay, ownership, and schedule it’s easy to see why so many talents are flocking there. It’s sure to only increase as time goes on, and with this news coming out there may be a few more underused NXT stars looking to make a switch soon.
