Back in 1998 while in WCW Paul Wight was in Adam Sandler’s movie The Waterboy, and played the role of a wrestler named Captain Insano.

Fast forward to 2021, where the long time WWE star just signed a multi-year deal with AEW after a career spanning over 20 years with the company. Things get even more interesting however as AEW recently filed as trademark for Captain Insano on March 2nd.

It’s unknown what AEW has planned at this time, but we certainly can’t wait to find out. Perhaps we’ll get some more information tonight at the AEW Revolution PPV.
