We have learned that before WWE took the title off Asuka this past Tuesday on SmackDown in surprising fashion and put it on Charlotte, Mandy Rose was slated to win the #1 contender’s match.
She would then get a rematch against for the SmackDown Women’s Title at WrestleMania 35. She may not have beaten Asuka but that was the planned match before the change.
