WWE SmackDown Results 9/3/21

The following are the WWE SmackDown Results 9/3/21

The Street Profits defeat The Usos by DQ. 

After the match Roman Reigns tells Paul Heyman to bring him The Usos. When he’s in the hallway he runs into Kayla Braxton and he tells her to stop worrying about him and enjoy the show. His phone then goes off and it’s Brock Lesnar’s ringtone. He finally picks up and says he can’t talk, but he’s told to deliver a message and says he will.

Kayla then laughs and says she’s enjoying her night and Big E appears behind Heyman with with his briefcase.

Becky Lynch comes to the ring. She says despite his she’s been portrayed since coming back she’s not the bad guy. She says she didn’t forget how to win and she got her title back from Bianca Belair because she was ready.

Bianca comes out and says she accomplished so much, but lost it all is 24 seconds. She says she has no excuse for what happened. Belair says she will bounce back and get the SmackDown Women’s Championship back. She then challenges Lynch to a rematch tonight for the title.

Becky Lynch turns Belair down once again and walks away.

Dolph Ziggler hits on Toni Storm, but she says she’s rooting for his opponent tonight Rick Boogz instead.

Boogz defeats Dolph Ziggler.

Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville announce that Becky Lynch will face Bianca Belair at Extreme Rules and they will sign the contract for the match next week on SmackDown.

Cesaro defeats Seth Rollins by DQ. During the match Rollins attacks Cesaro and then grabs a piece of a chair like Edge and puts Cesaro in a submission.

Edge then runs out to make the save.

Paul Heyman speaks to Roman Reigns and let’s him know that Brock Lesnar will be at SmackDown next week to confront him. Heyman says not to worry because Lesnar is somewhere else tonight. Reigns is suspicious and asks how he knows that.

Edge will face Seth Rollins next week on SmackDown.

(WWE SmackDown Results 9/3/21 continued)

Happy Corbin is a guest on the KO Show. Corbin invites his new friend Logan Paul to come out and he does. Paul gets into it with Owens and they’re about to fight, but Corbin knocks down Owens.

Sami Zayn defeats Dominick Mysterio.

Sonya Deville ignores Naomi once again.

Finn Balor comes out to face Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, but gets attacked by The Usos. The Street Profits run them off, but Balor is hurt and Reigns then comes out.

Roman Reigns defeats Finn Balor to retain the Universal Championship.

After the match the return of The Demon King Finn Balor was teased. After Reigns defeated Balor the lights went red for a second as we heard a heartbeat.
