Triple H was going to announce Ciampa vs Gargano, but that can’t happen now due to Tommaso’s injury.Adam Cole won the big fatal five-way match by pinning Ricochet. So Cole will be facing Johnny Gargano at NXT TakeOver: New York in a 2 out of 3 falls match.After the match, The Forgotten Sons jumped Black and RicochetPunishment Martinez d Riddick Moss

Humberto Carrillo d Albert Hardy Jr (ACH)War Raiders won a squash matchThe War Raiders got another match because they wanted one and defeated Adrian Jaoude & Cezar BononiJaxson Ryker d Oney LorcanBianca Belair vs Kairi Sane ends in a no contest after Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir run in and attack them. Io Shirai runs in for the save. Then the NXT women’s roster and a bunch of officials run in to break up the huge brawl. Io ended everything by doing a moonsault on a crowd of wrestlers and posing with the NXT Women’s Title.

Raul Mendoza d Brennan WilliamsJohnny Gargano and Adam Cole have a face-to-face segment in the ring before their NXT TakeOver: New York 2 out of 3 falls main event match. This one is going to be worth watching as they inserted a lot of history into this promo. Reports are it was a great segment to hype this spur-of-the-moment match.Vanessa Borne & Aliyah vs Lacey Lane & Kacy Catanzaro ends in a DQ when the 3 Horsewomen come out and beat down Kacy and Lacey.
