WWE 2K is set to release their new game WWE 2K22 soon after skipping out on their annual release last year in favor of revamping the game. The company fell under fire after WWE 2K20 was filled with various issues including glitches, bugs and more. Some of which made the game unplayable at times.
2K has started to release more information about the game lately as we got closer to SummerSlam including new videos. The game is expected feature an all new engine as well as new controls and be a “game for the fans”. However, it was dealt a bit of a blow today with the latest announcement. 2K announced that WWE 2K22 will be released in March instead of the fall which is the normal timeframe each year.
After having a year off to work on the WWE game fans are certainly not going to be happy about this news.
You can check out a new trailer for the game below.

The game looks good so far so hopefully it’s worth the extra wait. We’ll have to wait until March 2022 to find out though once it becomes available.
