Roman Reigns is the Tribal Chief of WWE and the current Universal Champion on SmackDown. He’s been dominant over the last year with no signs of slowing down, especially with a possible match against John Cena at SummerSlam and The Rock at WrestleMania in the cards.
Reigns next big challenge however will be facing Rey Mysterio at Hell In A Cell. He’s expected to retain the title in that match as well.
We’ve learned via new report from Wrestling News, that Vince McMahon isn’t looking to portray Roman as a cowardly heel during his run. McMahon also wants to protect Reigns at any and all costs as he sees him as the guy who will carry WWE for years to come.
We previously reported at The Ringside Roster that WWE wants Reigns seen on the same level as stars like The Rock and John Cena and it seems they are going to do whatever it takes to get there.
