Sting Debuts On AEW Dynamite, Signs Multi-Year Deal

Tonight on AEW Dynamite, Winter Is Coming the company shocked the wrestling world when ”The Icon“ Sting debuted.

It was Sting’s first appearance on TNT programming in 18 years, as he made his way to the ring to tons of fanfare and shocked faces. The snow majestically reigned down on the man known as Sting who made the save for Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin against Team Tazz. We also saw a stare down with Arn Anderson in the process, which was a great throwback moment.

It was then announced by Tony Khan that Sting had signed a multi-year deal with the company. He will make his first statement next week on Dynamite.

This is obviously a huge signing for AEW. Sting surely has some good matches left in him and can be a big asset to younger talent in the locker room as well. It should also put more eyes on the product, as Sting is a wrestling legend with lots of fans.
