16-Time World Champion Ric Flair was released from WWE two weeks ago at his own request after creative differences and frustration with the company.
Fans have been wondering where The Nature Boy who’s made it clear he has no plans to step away from the pro wrestling world may be headed next and it appears we might have our answer.
We’ve learned at The Ringside Roster that Flair is reportedly set to join AEW once he’s legally able to do so. There is currently no word on the length of Flair’s non-compete clause with WWE, but if it’s the standard 90 day one he would be able to join another company after November 1st.
It’s unknown what Ric Flair may be doing in AEW, however with Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko, Tully Blanchard and other familiar faces there it would surely be interesting. Four Horsemen reunion anyone?
