Samoa Joe was mysteriously left out of the WWE Superstar shake-up despite being the United States Champion and Finn Balor the Intercontinental Champion also moving to SmackDown.
This leaves two mid-card titles on one brand. For those wondering the reason for this is that Joe was set to be announced but due to currently dealing with an illness he was not.
The plan is still for Samoa Joe to go to RAW where he will enter a feud with The Monster Among Men Braun Strowman for the United States Championship. We got a tease of that feud last week on SmackDown with Braun backing down Joe now we’ll see it continue which should be a great feud for both men and one that fans will look forward to.
