AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Don Callis definitely made an impact this week during Impact Wrestling on Tuesday. The man known as ”The Cleaner” and “The Best Bout Machine” made his intentions clear when he declared that he’s a belt collector and a history maker that may just have to add some titles from Impact to his resume.
Impact has already announced his return to TV for next week. We’ll have to see exactly what Omega and Callis has planned for the show. However, we have received some information about upcoming plans for Omega in the company.
At this time we’ve learned at The Ringside Roster, that plans are for Omega to wrestle and headline at multiple upcoming Impact Wrestling PPV’s. This includes a match against Impact World Champion Rich Swann. The seeds were planted this week when Swann was detoured away from Omega’s tour bus.
Impact has already seen its number of viewers rise due to the appearance by Omega and the partnership with AEW hitting around 221,000 viewers this week, so this can only mean good things for the company going forward.
