Jon Moxley, aka former WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose, will be joining the cast of the MMA-themed movie “Cagefighter.” The news was first reported by Deadline.
Moxley will join real-life MMA fighter/actor Josh Herdman, Michael Jai White, Gina Gershon, Michelle Ryan and Jason Maza as part of the cast. The film will also feature MMA stars Anderson Silva, Georges St. Pierre and Alexander Gustafsson.
Former WWE Superstar Christian is listed as an executive producer for the film. This is Moxley’s first outing since leaving WWE and although it’s unknown what promotion he’ll end up in right now it looks like he’s keeping busy.
