Before “The Shield’s Final Chapter” special yesterday on the WWE Network, Dean Ambrose made some interesting comments on his WWE future. Here’s what he had to say below.
“Let me stop you right there because I already know what your final question is gonna be. I don’t appreciate people putting words in my mouth. I don’t appreciate people trying to tell the story of my life to fit their narrative.”
“Eight years ago, I walked into this casino. Now I’m cashing my chips and walking away from the table. I won the game. What I do with the rest of my life from here on out is my business. I answer to no one. This time the Million Dollar Man didn’t get what he wanted because I can’t be bought.”
It‘s safe to say Dean Ambrose is being a bit tight lipped on his future at this point which is understandable. However, one could definitely read into those comments and assume that he may be alluding to All Elite Wrestling’s Double Or Nothing show in Las Vegas in May 25th given the theme.
Hopefully we find out more soon enough but for now it looks like this is goodbye to “The Lunatic Fringe.”
