It’s been over 10 years since the son of the British Bulldog, David Boy Smith Jr. has been seen in a WWE ring.
Smith who was once a part of the Hart Dynasty along with Tyson Kidd and Natalya has been keeping busy since leaving the company in 2011, competing in places such as NJPW and MLW. However, it appears that a WWE return may now be in the works.
Smith recently that down and spoke to Metro UK about things.
“There has been interest in me going to NXT down here in Orlando. I live down here in Tampa, Florida, so I’ve just been feeling things out, trying to get a lay of the land, so to speak. ‘We’re discussing and talking. I can’t exactly say anything for sure, but there’ve been talks.”
A return for Smith to the WWE would surely be welcomed by fans everywhere. Now we’ll
just have to see if the two sides can work out a deal.
