CM Punk, Gail Kim, Jillian Hall and others took to social media to react to WWE’s recent firing of Senior Director of Talent Relations, Marc Carrano, who was allegedly behind sending Mickie James a trash bag with her belongings upon her release according to Wrestling Inc.
Triple H and Stephanie McMahon acted on things after James posted a photo on social media of her receiving her belongings in a trash bag. This, of course, led to an outrage online from fans and from those within the media. WWE finally stepped in and attempted to make things right.
However, not everyone appears to be buying the story here. CM Punk, Gail Yim and Jillian Hall took to social media to react to Carrano’s firing and the companies motives.

Well I’m glad Hunter took initiative but it’s been happening since before I was there. Is it always the same person? At least they did something I suppose 🤷🏻♀️ https://t.co/lrTXx4gGay

Well we will never know. I definitely believe it’s been many people over the years and if someone was fired it was the person who was sacrificed. If it changes things from this point on, at least it’s something. https://t.co/KvpwCSgN4m

Apparently I blamed the wrong person for my trash bag of ring gear over 10 years ago 🤷🏼♀️.. she’s not with the company anymore 🤦🏼♀️

The Ringside View: It’s good to see WWE step up and do the right thing, but it appears that everything might not be what it seems. We’ll have to wait and see if any more information comes out about what’s now being dubbed #TrashBagGate. We will make sure to keep you posted here at The Ringside Roster.
