WWE reportedly released a bunch stars today from NXT including Alexander Wolfe.
This came only a day after Wolfe was kicked out of Imperium on WWE NXT.
Wolfe took to social media recently to address the situation after the news broke.
Just for the record:
My WWE contract will expire on June 15th.
That means I'm a free agent on June 16th.I have a lot in my head right now
so let's keep it short:Thank you @WWENXT @WWE for 6 year.
Bye bye pic.twitter.com/hB09dG8RC3— Axel The Axeman Tischer (@TheWWEWolfe) May 19, 2021
Wolfe was quick to change his social media name to “Axel The Axeman Tischer.” According to Wolfe his contract was set to expire on June 15th. After his NXT release, he will now have a 30-day non-compete clause.
We’ll have to see where Wolfe shows up next, but there should be some great options going forward.
