WWE NXT is currently the only WWE show on TV that’s allowing live fans for tapings during the pandemic.
Fans that attended the NXT events are all invited. However, it looks like more invites will be opening up via email going forward for those in the Orlando area. That means more fans in the crowd.
Reporter Jon Alba recently took to social media to post an email that he received from WWE confirming things and providing information on upcoming events for those interested. This email also informed fans that the company is now offering free COVID-19 testing to all fans on-site regardless of vaccination status.
“Hello and thank you for being a passionate member of the NXT Universe! We have a special opportunity for you to be a part of the NXT Live Broadcast on Tuesday, May 18th! This is an opportunity for a limited number of the NXT Universe to be LIVE & IN PERSON at the Capitol Wrestling Center on the campus of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL as a part of the live event audience.
If you are interested in attending, please CLICK HERE and fill out the form. You will need to fill out a separate form for each member of your group. If you are selected, you will receive further information, at 12pm on Friday, with instructions on how to attend the event.
IMPORTANT NOTE We have adjusted our event policies, and will now provide COVID-19 testing on site the night of the event, free of charge! All fans will have to complete COVID-19 testing on site, regardless of vaccination status, in order to proceed in the event process. There is no longer the requirement to receive a COVID-19 test the day prior.

Please note that you must be over the age of 16 unless accompanied by a guardian and must provide photo ID upon check in at the Capitol Wrestling Center. Rapid Antigen COVID-19 test and Temperature checks will be conducted at the time of check-in. Face coverings will be mandatory throughout the course of the event.

Looks like #WWE may be starting to open up its #WWENXT tapings to more fans. This is the first time I've ever gotten an email like this, having gone to events before.
