Tonight on RAW during a clash between The Hurt Business and Mustafa Ali we saw Retribution return and surround the ring. Ali would go outside to confront them but things would then take a surprising twist.
After a few moments Ali stood shoulder to shoulder with Retribution as the ordered them to attack The Hurt Business. It was then revealed that Ali was the leader of the chaotic new group as they stood dominant with Ali now at the helm.
It was an interesting turn of events to say the least. It appears the company is meshing the scrapped SmackDown hacker storyline, which Ali was behind with Retribution by making him the leader. We’ll have to see if the fans get behind it but a heel Ali with a stable behind him could certainly be fun.
