**WWE SmackDown Results 5/28/21**

The following are the WWE SmackDown Results 5/28/21

  • Roman Reigns confronts The Uso’s before their tag team match against the Street Profits. He asks Jimmy Uso what the game plan is tonight and Jimmy tells him it’s to go out there and win. Roman tells Jimmy he’s happy for them and then Jimmy heads to the ring. Roman then asks Jey if Jimmy speaks for him and Jey tells Roman that even though he’s teaming with Jimmy tonight he’s with Roman. Roman then tells Jey that he better tell Jimmy that and good luck because he’s going to need it.
  • The Usos defeat The Street Profits 

  • Natalya and Tamina defeat The Riott Squad
  • The Usos walk into Adam Pearce’s office and ask for a match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships next week against the winner of the of The Mysterio’s and The Dirty Dawgs tonight. Adam Pearce says he can make that happen.
  • Bianca Belair defeats Carmella. Before the match Bayley comes out from the ThunderDome crowd to do commentary for the match. After the match Bayley taunts Belair on standing on top of the table.

  • Seth Rollins comes to the ring and calls out Cesaro to fight. Rollins then remembers that Cesaro’s not there tonight and he can’t ruin his birthday celebration. He rolls footage of his attack on Cesaro from last week. Rollins blames Cesaro and the WWE Universe for what happened. He says the fans led Cesaro to believe he could disrespect him and get away with it. Seth says if Cesaro never wrestles again it’s the fans fault.

  • Kevin Owens defeats Apollo Crews via DQ. During the match Commander Azeez hit Owens with the Nigerian Nail.
  • Jey Uso meets with Roman Reigns backstage. He tells Roman he’s going to team with Jey next week to go for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. Reigns says he thought Jey was with him after all they’ve been through the last couple of months. He says Jey is “Main Event” Jey Uso now and he doesn’t want to see him go back to people asking “which Uso are you”. Jey says he never thought about it like that and Roman says maybe he should because Jimmy isn’t.
  • Shinsuke Nakamura defeats Chad Gable. King Corbin comes out after the match to taunt Nakamura and Rick Boogz hits him with a guitar.
  • Adam Pearce announces that Apollo Crews will face Kevin Owens next week for the Intercontinental Championship and Commander Azeez is banned from ringside.
  • The Dirty Dawgs attacks Rey Mysterio before the match and Dominik has to face them by himself. Dominik defeated The Dirty Dawgs after a distraction from Rey Mysterio. 
  • After Dominik’s match, the Usos come out and stare down the Tag Team Champions, the Mysterios.
