** WWE SmackDown Results 5/21/21 ** 

The following are the WWE SmackDown Results 5/21/21

  • SmackDown kicks off with Sonya Deville announcing WWE’s return to the road on July 16th. All the SmackDown Champions are on the stage to celebrate except Roman Reigns. Paul Heyman says it’s not a parade of champions without Roman Reigns and he’ll come out later tonight at his own leisure.
  • Bayley, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax defeat Bianca Belair, Natalya and Tamina
  • Big E promises get back his title and to leave SmackDown as the new Intercontinental Champion.
  • Another vignette is shown for Aleister Black.
  • King Corbin calls out Shinsuke Nakamura and Eric Bugenhagen from NXT comes out and plays the guitar as Nakamura comes out.
  • Shinsuke Nakamura defeats King Corbin.
  • The Usos will face The Street Profits next week.
  • Roman Reigns, Jey Uso and Paul Heyman come out to the ring. Heyman talks about how Reigns is undefeated since his return to WWE and how he chased The Fiend to RAW. He says nobody has been able to touch him not Edge, Daniel Bryan or Cesaro. Heyman says managing Reigns has been a highlight of his career and Reigns’ wish is his command. Reigns tells Heyman to get Jimmy Uso to the ring, but Cesaro comes out. Cesaro’s arm is in a sling and he says he’ll fight Reigns with one arm, but Seth Rollins attacks him from behind and hits him with The Curb Stomp. The WWE medical team then puts Cesaro on a stretcher and takes him out of the arena. Rollins yells at him and says he made him do this.
  • Dominik Mysterio defeats Robert Roode 
  • Jey Uso tells Jimmy Uso he didn’t give him permission to have them tag together. Jimmy says he was looking out for them and Jey says ok, but he still has to tell Roman about the match.
  • Jey Uso tells Roman Reigns that Jimmy booked Jey and Jimmy in a match against The Street Profits next week and Roman tells Jey it’s just about him and Roman not Jimmy. He says they are the ones that take care of the family.
  • Apollo Crews defeats Big E, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens to retain the Intercontinental Championship. During the match Aleister Black returns and hits the Black Mass kick on Big E and Crews pins him for the win.
