WWE just announced a huge move today that will officially put an end to what was dubbed “The Wednesday Night Wars” between NXT & AEW Dynamite.
We previously reported at The Ringside Roster that WWE was planning an upcoming move to Tuesday Nights for NXT soon. That move will kick off on April 13th after WrestleMania 37.
There’s no doubt that many will see this as WWE waving the proverbial white flag against AEW after being often defeated in the ratings weekly. Either way it will be a great move for fans who can enjoy both of their individual nights instead of switching back and forth on Wednesday. Impact Wrestling which currently airs on Tuesday Nights is also moving to Thursdays starting April 8th so WWE will have Tuesday all to themselves.
