We are just a few short weeks away from WrestleMania 37 which takes place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. One of the biggest matches on the card is of course Edge Vs Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship.
Reigns advocate Paul Heyman who is special counsel to the Tribal Chief recently sat down with Give Me Sport to brag about how many people have been lining up to face Reigns, especially at WrestleMania. That includes non other than his cousin The Rock:
“If I could show you one day’s worth of text messages, emails and calls that come into my phone from some of the biggest superstars in sports and entertainment on this planet, it would blow your mind. Crossover celebrities in their prime would love to step into a WrestleMania ring with Roman Reigns. It’s not just Dwayne Johnson. The Rock is just one of many. Top stars in many sports are yearning for the publicity, the notoriety, fame, legacy and money of main eventing WrestleMania with Roman Reigns.”
We’ll have to see if Reigns can find a way to defeat The Ultimate Opportunist at WrestleMania this year, but it looks like a match with The Rock is going to happen sooner or later. WrestleMania 38 or more likely 39 seems like a good bet for a clash between the two.
