WWE NXT Results 5/4/21- The Way Preys on Kross & Captures Gold.

  • Isiah Swerve Scott defeats León Ruff in a falls count anywhere match. AJ Francis aka Top dolla interfered in match and threw Ruff onto the barricade before Scott hit the JML driver for the win.
  • Finn Balor Arrives on NXT!
  • Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory barge into William Regal’s office and Scarlett Bordeaux is already in there. Regal tells them to get out and Theory keeps staring at Scarlett’s huge set of… nails and Gargano has to drag him away.
  • Cameron Grimes defeats Asher Hale
  • Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher defeat The Grizzled Young Veterans
  • William Regal tells Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory that Theory has to take on Karrion Kross next week and he can thank his new friend Scarlett.
  • Karrion Kross and Scarlett come out. Kross says he’s wants someone to step up to him, but he’s not waiting for someone to come to him. He says next week he’s going to destroy Austin Theory. Kyle O’Reilly interrupts and says he gets why everyone is afraid of Kross, but he’s not. He says he’s ready for a match and he bets Kross wants it too. Pete Dunne interrupts and says he’s the baddest man in NXT and he’ll run through both of them. Finn Balor comes out and goes straight to attack Karrion Kross. They all brawl and Kross stands tall in the ring. Security tries to restrain him and he hits the Doomsday Saito Suplex on one of them. The Way then attacks Kross from behind and takes him out before his match with Austin Theory next week.
  • Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory quickly leave the arena in a car.
  • Sarray defeats Zayda Ramier
  • Another vignette is shown for Diamond Mine
  • LA Knight defeats Jake Atalas
  • Toni Storm says that Zoey Stark is the flavor of the month, but she’s losing her flavor quickly. Storm says Stark doesn’t deserve to be in the same ring with her and that she brought her into the business and she’ll take her out.
  • Kushida defends the NXT Cruiserweight Championship next week against Santos Escobar in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
  • Raquel Gonzalez defends the NXT Women’s Championship against Mercedes Martinez next week.
  • Cameron tries to go to a VIP Room in a club, but Ted DiBiase already bought the whole building. DiBiase says you never rent the room when you can own the whole thing and that everybody has a price! *classic DiBiase laugh*
  • Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell defeat Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart in a street fight to become the New NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
