At midnight last night, the former Dean Ambrose posted a video to a new Twitter account, revealing the return of his old indie persona the gritty, Jon Moxley.
Moxley punches his way through prison walls of “The Ambrose Asylum” clearly, a metaphor for WWE – before climbing over a fence as he is chased by literal hounds of justice. He then grabs a handful of barbed wire – his trademark weapon – and wraps it round his clenched fist as we see various clips of him in training.
What’s next for the Former Dean Ambrose? We can’t to find out but he’s surely the hottest free agent on the wrestling scene. AEW appears a likely landing spot as well as NJPW. Wherever he lands we can’t wait to see him in action again.
