WWE SmackDown Throwback takes place tonight and the company is taking things back to the beginning of the blue brand.
There’s been lots of buzz about the show since it was announced last week. The return of the iconic SmackDown fist at SmackDown Throwback, which became a staple on the show is a big thing on a lot fans wish list. However, it looks like that simply won’t be happening.
According to Fightful Select, the beloved SmackDown fist is not making a return tonight. As of this writing they have not set it up in the ThunderDome.
WWE still has the SmackDown fist in their warehouse, but it seems they have no plans to break it out. It’s definitely disappointing for fans and we certainly share those feelings here at The Ringside Roster.
Hopefully we see it taken out on a future WWE SmackDown Throwback episode.
