AEW Dynamite Results 10/13/21

The following are the AEW Dynamite Results 10/16/21:

  • CM Punk joins on commentary.

  • Malakai Black defeats Dante Martin. As Black leaves the ring, he stops to give a nod to Dante Martin.

  • The Elite attack Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus backstage during their interview.

  • Santa and Ortiz talk about how they have been handling business but the rest of the Inner Circle has been dealing with the American Top Team. American Top Team come out to confront The Inner Circle.

  • Jericho calls out members of the American Top Team and demands a 10 man tag team match.

  • Dan Lambert says that the “Men of the Year” have better things to do but since Sami has the gold, he has the ability to sway their minds. BUT! The Inner Circle is going to have to wait until next week to hear American Top Team’s stipulations.

  • Las Súper Ranas or FTR defeat The Lucha Brothers for the AAA tag team championships. 
    • During the match, The Lucha Brothers take the masks off the Las Super Ranas to reveal that they are in fact… FTR.

  • Rush says that from now on, Dante Martin has a tag team partner – himself, Lio Rush. 

  • Tony Schiavone confronts FTR and Andrade El Ídolo. MJF joins in and greets Andrade. Andrade gives MJF a stack of money. MJF talks about their future

  • Jon Moxley defeats Wheeler Yuta. After the match, the medical staff is checking Yuta for a possible injury. 

  • Serena Deeb talks about how the division has gotten soft and how she has to bring it back on her level. Hikaru Shida attacks Deeb backstage during her interview with Tony Schiavone. 

  • The Young Bucks and Adam Cole defeat The Dark Order. After the match, Jungle Boy attacks The Young Bucks and Adam Cole. Jungle Boy grabs a chair and attacks Cutler. The Young Bucks and Adam Cole retreat and Jungle Boy stands victorious in the ring.

  • A vignette is shown where Arn Anderson is preparing Cody Rhodes for a final battle against Malakai Black. 

  • MJF calls out Darby Allin. Wardlow brings out a Ref and MJF tells him to count to 10. If Darby does not come out by the count of 10, he wins (even though there was no match scheduled for them since Darby is not medically cleared).
    • The lights go out and Sting emerges with a bat. MJF throws Wardlow in the way and runs away. 

  • Britt Baker confronts Anna Jay and talks about how The Elite is the better faction. Baker calls Jay a loser since she is part of the Dark Order. As Baker continues to trash talk, Anna Jay attacks Britt Baker.

  • Penelope Ford defeats Kiera Hogan. After the match, Ruby Soho attacks Penelope Ford. The Bunny comes to the aide of Ford and Soho demands for but of them to come in the ring. Instead, they retreat to the back. 

  • Miro questions everything ever since losing his title. He talks about how everyone will feel pain until he wins back his championship.

  • “Hangman” Adam Page talks about his title opportunity at Full Gear and how despite his past loses, he is determined to give it his all. He says the thing that motivated him the most was how the crowd never stopped believing in him and how they never stopped chanting “Cowboy S**t.” So at Full Gear, he promises that his match with Kenny Omega will be full of “Cowboy S**t.”

  • “American Dragon” Bryan Danielson defeats Bobby Fish.

  • AEW announces the brackets for the AEW World Title Eliminatior Tournament. Check out the matches below!
